We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and we advise you to read through them each time you use the site.
Anonymous Jewellery Items
Once you place your order, we will send you an email which will acknowledge that your order has been received. We then send you a ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email that confirms the dispatch of the items you have purchased.
We have the right to reject an order for instance if we are incapable of obtaining payment authorisation, if the item you have placed an order on is not available or is out of stock, if an error occurs in the product information which includes price or discounts or if any fraudulent activity is suspected.
In case we fail to supply you with an item in the mentioned circumstances, you will receive a notification from us via email. If you had already paid for the item(s), the full amount, which includes any costs of shipment and delivery charged will be refunded to you as soon as possible.
All the items on our site are not meant for persons under the age of 16, therefore, you must take extra care if you acquire items from our site as presents for persons below the mentioned age.
The following are payment options that you can use to pay for items you wish to purchase from our site: Visa and MasterCard credit cards, Delta, Maestro, Electron or Solo debit cards, PayPal and American Express charge cards.
All holders of debit and credit cards are subject to authorisation and validation checks by the issuer of the card. In the event that your card issuer fails to or refuses to authorise payment for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you as soon as possible.
The item(s) that you have ordered remains our sole property till the time that we receive full payment for your order.
By subscribing to our monthly Anonymous Jewellery Subscription Service you agree to allow Anonymous Jewellery to take recurring monthly payments from your credit/debit card/PayPal indefinitely until the subscription is cancelled by you or us. Should you wish to cancel, you can do so at any time. To end your subscription please click here to fill in cancellation form.
You can also email Anonymous Jewellery at with a clear statement of your intention to cancel your subscription. We will action your request as soon as we are able.
When Subscribing monthly to Anonymous Jewellery we will automatically bill you and send your Anonymous Jewellery Box out monthly, until you tell us to stop. We will take your first payment the day you subscribe, with your first box arriving within one week. Your next payment will be taken on the same day you subscribed each month.
All Anonymous Jewellery orders are shipped from Lithuania. We use Lietuvos Pastas and Royal Mail as our third party carrier.
We are not able to ship your purchased item(s) during bank and public holidays such as; Christmas Day, New Year’s Day or Boxing Day. On these specific dates, shipping will take longer than usual.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 days after purchase to return your item(s) if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described.
All returns must be sent prepaid.
Please enclose the Return Note or a note with your name, order number and reason for return.
We recommend sending by Royal Mail Signed For service or Special Delivery for your own protection if in the United Kingdom. Signed For / Tracked service your local Postal / Shipping Organisation offers if the outside UK. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay return postage. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for any product that is not received in our returns centre, please retain your proof of return, so you can dispute delivery with the courier used. For Example, if you send a parcel untracked and we do not receive the parcel, we cannot accept liability for the missing parcel and will not be able to process your return.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds or exchanges on pierced jewellery, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as exchanges.
Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition. All returns should be sent back to us and in the original packaging provided.
Please allow 7-10 days after receipt of merchandise for us to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Before your order leaves our store, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately.
Any cancellations of standard orders must be done within 24 hours from time of order to avoid any additional fees or charges. If more than 24 hours have passed and you wish to cancel your order please refer to our return policies for returning the merchandise back to us once you receive it.

Click Profile on the menu bar
Select My money
In the My preapproved payments section, click Update
Click on Anonymous Jewellery from the list
Next to Status, click Cancel to cancel your subscription
Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.
